Main task: initiate Odoo 13 EE ERP system to manage all company activities

Job Description
• Analyze our company needs and business processes in order to map them properly with Odoo
• Define which requirements will need implementer configurations and which will need development. (Prepare Gap analysis)
• Prepare business and operational processes and working flow charts to achieve full integration with all modules including Sales/purchase, accounting, human resources, payroll, etc.
• Perform the complete system implementation and advanced configurations.
• Provide complete documentation for tasks needing development
• Instructs and trains users on use of Odoo ERP solution.
• Troubleshoot and respond to system requests by providing detailed resolutions to supported users
job requirements
• Bachelor degree preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Business informatics, Computer Science or Engineering
• Minimum of 3 year of experience in Odoo implementation, or 6 previous successful implementations with.
Skills
• Excellent analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly (very important).
• Excellent planning and communication skills.
• Complete understanding of ERP and open source concepts.
• English fluency is essential.
• Knowledge of databases.
• Knowledge with ERP cloud applications is a plus
