Home Appliance After Sales Service Manager
We are currently hiring (Home Appliance After Sales Service Manager)
Job Description:
1- Responsible for extending and optimize the serves network.
2- Support home appliance service Strategy.
3- Develop a qualified and efficient home appliance services team to execute the service plan.
4- Make clear KPI to evaluate and improve the teamwork.
5- Responsible for owning service center and third party performance Management
6- Make accruing action plan to improve its performance and meet customer satisfaction
7- Responsible for home appliance new business development. such as process marketing and monitoring
Requirements:
1- Good knowledge of in-home appliance service.
2- Experience from 5 to 10 years in-home appliance field
3- Management experience 4 years
4- Excellent in English
5- Good communication skills
