About the role

  • Implementing various HR activities within the assigned function in alignment with corporate HR guidelines and policies. Ensuring better understanding to the departments needs and enhancing the perceived value of HR to all stakeholders while establishing credibility and trust.
  • Follow-up and ensure timely gathering of HC requests during each budget exercise.
  • Receive and challenge annual HC budget requests (permanent and off-payroll), from assigned functions, based on functions strategic demands in alignment with company business directions.
  • Submit to corporate HR the justified HC submissions.
  • Reflect approved HC on organization charts and ensure regular update of job descriptions.
