EXCHANGE ONLINE – SUPPORT ENGINEER
Contract duration: up to (18 months)
Position: Exchange Online – Support Engineer
Our client sector: IT
Location: Remotely
Working Hours: 8
Days off: 2 days off
Medical, Life & Social insurance: yes
Average Salary: 28,000 EGP – 30,000 EGP
Technical Requirements:
• Deep understanding in Exchange architecture
• Deep troubleshooting skills with Exchange
• Experience with Exchange 2010, 2013 and 2016
• Experience with Windows Server 2012 and 2016.
• Design, administration and/or support experience with Exchange On-Premise and Exchange Online environments.
• Experience with Migrations to Exchange On Premise to Exchange Online
• Troubleshooting skills with Exchange Transport and Client Access
• Troubleshooting experience with Devices syncing.
• Experience with Exchange Disaster Recovery scenarios
• Deep understanding of Active Directory and DNS
Languages: German, French, Italian,.. speakers
Education:
College degree, preferably in Computer Science, is preferred. MCSE strongly preferred.

☆Typical skills, and background:-
▪︎A bachelor’s degree in engineering with domain experience in project business.
▪︎Postgraduate study / MBA is highly preferable.
▪︎ Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Arabic language is required.
▪︎Extensive experience in construction, with at least 10 to 15 years in the same position.
