HR Officer
BCI Egypt – Opportunity “HR Officer”
Location: 6th of October City
How your day will look like:
-Assist in the Recruitment cycle starting from receiving the hiring request till induction process
-Assist as the contact person for staff regarding HR matters
-Assist in Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
-Assist in all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
-Responsible for manual and electronic documents, files and records (e.g. labor contracts, applications tracking, etc..) established guidelines
-Assist in gathering various pre-employment and joining formalities such as visa, medical insurance cards etc …
-Assist in Following up on employees’ attendance and review the print scanning reports
Assist in handling employees medical files in relation to approvals, reimbursement claims etc
Requirements
BSc. in Business administration, Human Resources or relevant field HR diploma or certificate is preferred
From 1to2years of experience preferred in recruitment
Effective communication&Interpersonal skills
Proficient with MS Office applications
