realme Egypt is hiring (Import Accountant)
Location: Nasr City.

**Job Description:
– Handling import documents and procedures (shipping documents, Customs clearance,…)
– Following the daily and monthly book-keeping (collecting invoices, preparing payments, verifying documentation,…)
– Dealing with banks regarding the import process.

**Requirements:
– 2 years experience in the same position is a must
– Males ONLY
– Excellent English
– The ability to work outdoor with banks
– M.S office excellent user

Job Responsibilities:
1- Prepare monthly reconciliation of Clearing Staff Salaries & Wages account.
2- Prepare monthly reconciliation of Advances to Staff-Personal account.
3- Prepare monthly reconciliation of Advances to Staff- Medical.
4- Monitor and prepare intercompany charges for employee salaries/advances.
5- Prepare monthly reconciliation of the following accounts:
6- Medical Insurance amortization
7- Accruals-Staff Vacation
8- Accruals-Staff Airfare Tickets
9- Accruals-GOSI
10- Accruals-Food and Catering
11- Accruals-Rental Manpower
12- Accrual-Labor Card & Exit re-entry
13- Accrual-Iqama Expenses
14- Accrual-Employee Medical for visa stamping
15- Accrual-Visa Fee
16- Accrual-End of Service Benefits
17- Employee Support Fund
18- Prepare monthly accrual (and reversal of accrual) of the following expenses:
19- Catering Expenses (Accruals – Food and Catering)
20- Prepare and monitor head counts for all companies.
21- Other tasks that maybe assigned by his superior.

Job Qualifications:
-Minimum requirement is completion of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with Four (4) years in GL .
-Familiar with ERP system.
-Very Good MS Office and English.
