We Are Hiring :
Accounts Receivables Supervisor:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the accounts receivables team, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the accounts receivable’s function, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers, including proper documentation and adherence to billing cycles.
• Monitor customer payments, including following up on overdue accounts, and taking appropriate action to resolve any issues.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to accounts receivables, including aging reports and customer balances.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve any issues related to accounts receivables.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivables transactions.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding the status of accounts receivables and any issues that may arise.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance from a reputable university.
• 8 – 12 years of experience in accounting or finance, and a strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English language.
• Background ERP system.

8- Compare the Quantity of BOQ with the SD and proceed if any difference is found
9- Ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation and materials needed to carry out the works.
