SECURITY MANAGER
#Arma_Foods is urgently seeking for “#Security_Manager”…
Responsibilities:
– Ensure compliance with the company’s security policies and procedures.
– Supervise and lead all the security team members and ensure the implementation of security plans.
– Monitor the distribution of the security team members in their spots inside the factory area to ensure a safe and disciplinary work environment.
– Supervise and monitor all the gates’ (in / out) movement transactions (Vehicles & individuals) while coordinating with the concerned departments.
– Oversee the security cameras’ control room.
– Manage and lead responses to emergencies and alarms, and compile incident reports.
– Developing work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring personnel performance.
– Make periodic internal inspections to maintain a smooth workflow in the factory area.
– Manage daily operations related to the security processes.
– Prepare security budget and monitoring expenses.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in any related field (Military / Police academy graduate is preferred).
– +10 years of experience in factories.
– Strong computer skills.
– Strong leadership & problem-solving skills.
– Risk & crisis Management skills.
Work Location:
– 10th of Ramadan.
