IT Help Desk
We are hiring IT Help Desk
Duties:
·Respond to queries via email, or phone.
·troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
·Write, edit, and revise manuals for new and updated software and hardware.
·Provide technical assistance for questions and problems.
·Resolve problems with infrastructure (cameras, point, patch panels) and other computer systems and network device.
·Diagnose system errors and other issues.
·Running reports to analyses common complaints and problems.
·Install or change Autodesk, Adobe, and Microsoft software to fix issues.
· Remotely accessing hardware or software for users to make changes and fix problems.
· Prepare and setup meeting rooms, screens, projectors, video call meeting.
Requirements:
·1-2 years Exp.
·Bachelor Degree.
·Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
·Familiarity with installing and activating (Autodesk, Adobe, design & architecture programs).
·Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs and windows.
·Experience with network repairs and analysis.
·Previous experience with DVR and IP camera systems.
·Good knowledge with google suite Apps.
