HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

“Human Resources Manager” is required for a reputable contracting company located in Maadi.
Main duties:
-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
-Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
-Manage the recruitment and selection process
-Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
-Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
-Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
-Maintain pay plan and benefits program
-Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
-Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
-Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Qualifications
-Proven working experience as HR Manager
-preferably background experience in Construction or Contracting Engineering companies field
-People oriented and results driven
-Knowledge of HR systems and databases
-Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
-Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
-In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
-Degree in Human Resources or related field

SUPPLY CHAIN SENIOR MANAGER

Savola Snacks is seeking to hire URGENTLY
Supply Chain Senior Manager
Location: Giza -Abo Rawash

Responsibilities:
Manages organization’s supply chain management and operations, including material &, production planning, logistics, distribution &warehouses. Develops and implements plans for managing supply chain processes. Oversees supply planning to ensure resource requirements are satisfied.

· Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
· Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain.
· Develop, implement, and sustain a production material planning system to ensure on time in full delivery to our customers.
· Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, at sites, and in the factory.
· Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
· Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes.
· Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution.
· Assesses the need for material-handling equipment and staffing; makes recommendations to ensure efficient loading, unloading, movement, and storage of materials.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Business, commerce…etc.)
· 8-12 years relevant experience in supply chain in multinational or big local FMCG companies including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
