Job Title: Operations Lead, Indirect Channels
Reports to (Title): F & B Director, ME
Business Unit/Division: F &B Sales
Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The Operations Lead, Indirect Channels is responsible in growing the overall business revenue and profitability from the Indirect Channel markets.
Responsibilities Include: (Please summarize the 4-8 main responsibilities/accountabilities of the position. List responsibilities in the order of importance and time spent. If possible, provide the general percentage of time spent on each responsibility.)
Sales forecast: Monthly and quarterly for each country shared with Supply Chain and with Finance.
Inventory level: Forward looking inventory cover collected from the countries, shared with Supply Chain. Provide feedback to distribution partners on what they need to order for possible stock outs, same goes to Supply Chain as well.
Sales Funnel: Sales funnel updated with movements in the month.
Wins / Losses: Captured all the wins / losses for the month in each country.
Sector Reporting: Sector sales reporting
Innovation penetration: Quarterly innovation penetration, what’s planned to be shipped for the month to all distribution businesses

Education: Bachelor/University
Experience: 5 – 8 Years
Soft Skills (desired)
Proven track record of success in managing high-performing sales and service teams
A reputation for thought leadership in the F&B cleaning and sanitation industry
Experience leveraging functional teams (e.g. Application, Consulting and Technical teams) to increase revenue and business profitability. Experience managing both direct and indirect channel sales
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience. Fluent in both the local language and in English
Strong P & L Understanding
KPI and Success Metrics
Increase innovation % NS in distribution network
PI implemented in the market to their end customers
Portfolio compliance: Complete portfolio beyond chemicals to utensils, paper, machines, Water Solutions, Odor Control etc. conduct trainings, draft business case, and develop business.
Wins / Losses: Wins > Losses for any given month. GSA accounts mapped and compliance secured in all markets
e)Dairy/Bev/PF: Develop business plans for these sectors
