Job Description
1- Responsible for the market release of imported products including the complete regulatory compliance checks including artworks & safety label changes , Health system. 2- Responsible for NODCAR/ NORCB analysis process. 3- Responsible for the regulatory compliance of IM portfolio. 4- Responsible for the management of deviations in all relevant areas. 5- Responsible for the management of reference standards ( ordering; inventory management;…) 6- Responsible for the returns process to ensure regulatory compliance & compliant re-introduction authority release & management of retention samples/ to the supply chain. Management of the destruction process with HA. 7- Management of the artwork process of IM portfolio. 8- Management of complaints process 9- Management of counterfeit& related escalations and related actions as; HA/ WHO notifications 10- Management of the archiving process of NCQ 11- IGM Coordinator for NCQ 12- Support in the implementation of OpEx initiatives. 13- Support in increasing the quality mindset & enforcing the quality Culture in the organization.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Life Sciences or related fields Arabic – English 3-5 Years of experience in Quality functions in multinational company.
