Key Responsibilities:
· Masters in Finance or strong practical accounting experience
· Practical experience and good knowledge of SAP or Oracle and tower-relevant enablers
· RPA potentials
· Proven track of respective towers projects delivery and Leadership skills
· 13 years of experience in Stream Management or acting as key support to PM / Stream Manager
· Proven experience in projects delivery performing the role of key subject matter expert
· Excellent analytical & technical skills;
· Good interpersonal skills, including teamwork and facilitation
· Very good communication skills (both written and oral);
· Ability and comfort interacting with mid-management on client’s side;
· Must have experience with Project Management Tools like MS Projects and MS Office;
· Must have experience with process design and documentation
