Experience : from 1 – 3 Years
Location : Abbassia
Working Hours : 8 H + 1 off day
Salary : 4.5 ~ Net salary ( Decided upon qualifications )
Social Insurance + Medical Insurance
Education : Bachelor degree is a must
V.Good english + Advanced skills In excel is a must
Job Description:
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Copying, scanning and storing documents
Translating from English to Arabic and vice versa
File documents in physical and digital records
Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and terms of the agreement
Analysis MMIS (ERP System) Data and report to management
Ultimately, you’ll support our procedures maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents.
