· استخدم الاتصال الشفوي الممتاز وأفضل الممارسات في خدمة العملاء عند التفاعل مع العملاء.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
· مؤهل عالي مناسب.
· خبره أكثر من سنه بنفس المجال.
· جيده في اللغه الإنجليزية .
· جيده جدا في برامج الميكاروسوفت أوفيس خاصه الإكسيل .
· جيده جدا في التواصل مع العملاء .
· بنات فقط

Job Responsibilities:
– Responsible for new merchants sign up and enhance relationships with existing.
– Monitor merchant’s transactions & volume
Verify all documentation received from merchant including (merchant agreement – mobile payment – loyalty program – installment – manual entry – discount contracts)
– Responsible for performing daily merchants acquiring transactions with an objective to maximize profits.
Job Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 1 : 3 years of experience in Financial or merchant sales.
• Work experience in sales at banks, insurance companies, or telecommunications companies.
• Maximum Age : 30
Working Conditions:
• Location: Nasr City, Cairo
• 5 working days, 2 days off
• 8 working hours
