EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

EEC For Security & Guarding Services is hiring ” Executive Secretary”

Job responsibilities:
– Communicate between the executive and all departments.
– Schedule meetings for the executive and making daily meetings between all departments.
– Conduct any report or proposal the executive needs.
– Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them.
– Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
– Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
– Handle all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc).

Job Description:
Plan, develop and implement a job analysis for all positions to provide clear and comprehensive statements of each job description.
Develop company policies and procedures to have an internal control system.
Conduct end-to-end recruitment process and registration.
Post job advertisements (internal &external) and explore new recruitment channels.
Interview applicants for (Entry &Senior and managerial) levels and prepare scoring reports.
Administer and coordinate pre-employment tests, room bookings, and all required material regarding technical interviews.
Prepare, modify and send job offer emails for accepted candidates and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
Responsible for orientation and onboarding process.

Job Requirements:
HR Diploma is a must.
Automotive background is a plus.
Experience in recruitment and OD is a least 2 years.
Maadi Recediance Preferably.

Senior Organization Development Specialist ( HR Department )
Requirements :
– Exp. 4-5 years
– Males only
-HR Diploma is preferred
Job Description:
1. Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance
Appraisals and consultation with line managers.
2. Designing training programs and deliver training in line with the development strategy of the company
3. Organize training (send invitations; establish locations with the traveling company)Delivering training programs to company employees on soft skills
4. Deploy a wide variety of training methods
5. Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
6. Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
7. Manage external training providers (from the selection of the providers to the closure of the projects)
8. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, questionnaires, interviews and by observation, in order to plan future courses or to amend existing ones
9. Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
10.Develops training and development programs and objectives.
11.Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee
12. development and training events.
13.Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
14. Follow up PMS Program.
