مطلوب لشركة مقاولات كبرى للعمل بمواقع الشركه بمدينتى بدر والعاصمه مدير ادارة الاحتياجات
خبره 10 سنوات بادارة المشتريات والمخازن ويفضل بكالوريوس هندسه .
المهام المطلوبه :
1- القدرة على إعداد نماذج حصر الاحتياجات ، وإجراء الاتصالات مع المشتريات والمخازن للتنسيق والوقوف على مستوى تنفيذ المهام وادارتها .
2- القيام بعملية حصر الاحتياجات السنوية من المواد والمستلزمات وقطع الغيار والأدوات والعدد والمعدات اللازمة لتنفيذ خطط الأعمال السنوية لمختلف قطاعات ومواقع الشركة .
3- الإشتراك فى إعداد الخطة السنوية لتدبير الاحتياجات ووضع برامج إمداد المناطق والمواقع ، وفقاً للمواعيد المناسبة لتنفيذ الأعمال فى المناطق والمواقع .
4- تحليل وتصنيف الاحتياجات التى تم حصرها ووضع قوائم بهذه الأنواع والأصناف المختلفة ، وتحديد ما سيتم تدبيره عن طريق الممارسات والمناقصات ، والشراء المباشر .
5- التأكد من استيفاء وتحديث قوائم وقواعد الموردين تمهيداً للقيام بإجراءات تدبير الاحتياجات .
6- التأكيد على جميع مسئولى المواقع فى المناطق بإتباع كافة إجراءات نظام حصر وتدبير الاحتياجات وإجراءات الشراء والتخزين والصرف .
7- تنفيذ عمليات تدبير الاحتياجات وفقاً للمواعيد المحددة لذلك والواردة فى خطة تدبير الاحتياجات .. ومتابعة التنفيذ ومراقبته .. وفقاً للقواعد المنظمة لذلك .
8- متابعة عمليات التعاقد الخاصة بالشراء المباشر ، وعمليات تنظيم المناقصات والمزايدات ، والتأكد من سلامة إجراءاتها وفقاً للقانون والنظم واللوائح الخاصة .
9- متابعة عمليات الاستلام والتخزين لما تم شراؤه وتدبيره والتأكد من المطابقة والصلاحية لما سيتم استلامه ، وفقاً للمواصفات المحددة فى طلبات الشراء أو التعاقد .
