Storekeeper – Egypt
Sinoma CDI is hiring Storekeeper for project-based in Kafrelsheikh
Job Description:
1, Responsible for physical verification, regular reconciliations and general monitoring of stock activity
2, Assist in developing and implementing inventory policies and procedures
3, Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly and inventory levels and consumption reports to all the relevant stakeholders
4, Facilitate and participate in monthly and annual stock counts in the warehouse
5, Reconcile stock deliveries with purchase orders and actual invoices
6, Coordinate with warehouse team to implement and ensure a control system to reduce inventory Obsolescence
7, Support accurate and timely reporting through ensuring all stock data is updated correctly
Job Requirements:
Have a Bachelor degree from a related major
Experience from 2 : 4 years at the same position
Experience at construction companies is a must
Ability to work Night shifts, 12 hours per day.

“Foreign Purchasing Specialist”
Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree.
– Ability and experience of buying from abroad.
– Previous experience at shipping and customs process is a must.
– Excellent computer skills on MS Office and database.
– Excellent negotiation, communication, human relation and interpersonal
Qualifications:
-Sourcing and handling suppliers in very competitive command.
– Check and revise all purchasing orders for all required materials to ensure that all such purchases are delivered at the appropriate time and in accordance with company requirements.
– Previous experience in industrial field is a must.
-Negotiate the purchase of materials and equipment required by the company
ensuring that these meet specifications and can be delivered at the correct time at the most favorable prices.
– Negotiate contract and price terms with suppliers to maximize savings to the company.
– Monitor purchase orders to ensure that these are modified to meet changes in requirements.
– Monitor the performance of suppliers and their products/materials to ensure that they meet the required standards.
– Report any significant supply problems to ensure that departments and functions are kept aware of any potential difficulties.
-Maintain a list of preferred and non-approved suppliers and subcontractors.
– Maintain a comprehensive database relating to materials and suppliers to ensure that the company has accurate and up-to-date information.
– Prepare regular reports on materials and supplier performance to assist in decision making.
-3:5 years of experience in foreign purchasing field.
– Location: Nasr City
