We are looking for Paints Sales Representatives for one of the big international paints companies.
Work Locations: Cairo, Minya, Mansoura, Beheira, Kafr_El-Shaikh, Damietta
Requirements:
Having a Car is a Must.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field.
(1 – 3) proven years of experience in the Sale Field.
Good in English & Very Good in Microsoft Office (Excel – Word – PowerPoint).

Software Quality Assurance Lead
Job Purpose
• Manage the implementation/adherence of ETSS Quality Management System (QMS). Keen attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a solid knowledge base of CMMi for Development implementation.
• Working in an agile development environment, where you are always working on the most important stuff.
• Responsible for managing all CMMi for development certification requirements
• Communicate with clients, colleagues and management to explain complex issues clearly and concisely
• Uses customer understanding and knowledge of the relevant technologies to measure the quality of a better product/service
Job Accountabilities
• Identify improvement areas and manage ETSS Quality Management System
• Initiating project quality assurance practices, supporting projects in identifying appropriate process requirements and documenting quality plans
• Conducting periodic process reviews to ensure compliance and identify instances of process non-conformances
• Planning and monitoring process improvement initiatives
• Facilitating root cause analysis sessions using Fishbone and Five-Whys techniques for individual projects and on process level to resolve identified issues, or enhance existing processes
• Work with project teams in understanding the project, defining processes and guide team in making project documentation
• Leading the measurement framework across ETSS through the identification of relevant KPIs
• Providing support to projects when defining metrics goals and measurement tracking mechanisms
• Monitoring project KPI performance through several analysis techniques and highlighting existing issues and need for actions
• Initiating and participating in piloting activities for improvement and performing necessary analysis to determine success
• Planning and initiating deployment activities for newly launched improvement initiatives and tracking progress through KPIs
• Supporting in the launch of new process methods and tools
• Preparing training material and arranging sessions for new initiatives
• Tracking and monitoring adoption of process, methods, and tools
• Identifying project security risk levels and supporting project managers in setting the proper controls
• Monitoring and assessing risk control implementation and identifying non-compliances
• Provide project status to management
Education
• Bachelor’s degree from a credited university in the field of Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or relevant field.
• Fluency in English.
Required Experience
• Not less than 15 years of experience in the field of software development.
• 5+ years of hands-on CMMi for Development implementation.
• Must have team work spirit
Required Skills
• In depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies (agile, waterfall, etc.)
• Knowledge of CMMI model and framework
• Experience in implementation of CMMi for Development
• Deep knowledge of performance measurement
• Determine frequency and scope of measurements
• Ability to evaluate data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Good Communication and Analytical skills
• Self-driven, willing to go the extra mile
• In depth knowledge of Root Cause Analysis techniques
• Familiarity with relevant quality assurance industry standard best practices and methodologies
• Identifies new ideas, tools, and process improvements to help team meet objectives
• Participates in agile estimation taking into consideration product and process requirements during the development lifecycle
• Recognized as an expert in one or more areas of product functionality
• Assists in the process with development in order to provide timely and accurate resolution to critical customer issues
• Proactively works with other team members as needed to resolve issues and meet project goals
• Demonstrates mastery of problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead team towards achieving performance KPIs
• The ability to work both in a team and alone and to manage own workload
