Main Duties :
-Create new product’s message according to market selling point and marketing objectives either inside or outside Egypt.

-Define, budgeting and approve all marketing materials needed to deliver products’ message to customers; either for existing or new products; according to customer potentiality.

-Design and conduct market survey; and analyze information gathered in order to improve products quality or to suggest new products launching according to market competitions.

-Develop a list of potential conferences and approve the annual plan for events that company will either participate in or organize.

-List training needs for product specialists as they can gain enough medical knowledge about the product and define its selling point.

– Schedule, design and deliver required training program according to training objective.

Job Description
1-Protect the Company data hosted internally and externally by setting the strategy of storing/handling the Company data and setting the required policies and roles to protect and secure the data.
2- Responsible for the Disaster Recovery Plan for the Company Systems (Applications/Data) – Internally and Externally hosted.
3- Setting roles and testing the periodical backup procedures for all Company systems (Applications/Data) – Internally and Externally hosted.
4- Setting roles and testing the procedures required to grant/revoke access to Company systems – Internally and Externally hosted.
5- Setting and testing the policies implemented on all Company Laptops/Desktops required to protect Company data from been stolen or been lost/corrupted.

Job Requirements
Bachelor in programming, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, MBA is preferred
5 to 7 years of experience.
CCNA Security / CCNP Certified
CISA Certified
ISO 27001 Certified

“Onsite Telco Cloud Engineer T1”
· Monitor alarms and performance information on the 24×7 basis for telco cloud functions.
· Ensure all docket information are capture in activity log
· Managing technical escalation to ensure faults is rectified within agreed SLAs.
· Perform Escalation and Notification to keep management and other business units informed during system outages.
· Check and certify new network elements to be commissioned in operation environment within agreed KPI.
· Coordinate with Hardware vendor to replace faulty parts/hardware on-site and install new part.
· Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Execution under the supervision of L1/L2 team
· Work with 3PP vendors for any hardware troubleshooting
· Ensure that all LAN / Power cabling are intact and perform periodic monitoring of the cabling
· Coordinate with L1/L2 support team for performing any hard reboot /hardware troubleshooting
· Coordinate and maintain operational support documentation and procedures such as Runbooks
· Provide datacenter hands and feet support for the Infrastructure (servers, network devices, storage etc.)
