4- Double check that SVC applied for SEALAND and Maersk on drafts and our system is mentioned in the draft.
5- Update system (ATD, ETA at POD, Consignee, notify and units number * for freight only operations*, cargo description, ETC…) + attach draft.
6- Issue House B/L upon shipper’s request
7- Send Weekly follow-up for C/S.
8- Create new operations / split.
9- Prepare a subsidiary letter
Qualifications:
– Good command of the English
– Experience in Shipping & Freight Forwarding Business, Reefer containers
