VENDOR MANAGER

We are hiring “Vendor Manager” with the below requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, or any related field
· 2-3 years of experience in recruitment/vendor management/talent acquisition
· Experience in the localization and Interpretation industry
. Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
. Fluency in English

*Work conditions:
*US shifts (will be taking the official vacations of the region, Europe/US not Egypt).
*Two days working from the office and 3 from home (Rotational shifts).
*Shifts are 9 Hours including 1-hour break, and 2 days off (Saturday & Sundays).
*Salary is up to 7K + Quarterly bonus.

*Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Recruiting and scouting talents based on objectives and ad hoc
2. Ensure updates and usability of existing Vendor Database through monthly reports
3. Supervising rate negotiations
4. Compiling ongoing statistics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment sources and methodology.
5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system for vendors that drives high performance
6. Handles clients’ negative feedback
7. Resolving conflicts arising between vendors & PMs
8. Supervising in developing criteria to test and select potential vendors, also, continuously monitoring their performance Assist in interpretation data maintenance
9. Monitoring and updating recruitment and application processes for new vendors.
10. Coordinate documenting current processes and identify opportunities to transform current processes and procedures into best practices.
11. Analysing expenditure data to validate and strengthen the effectiveness of the company’s cost control strategy.
12. Handling daily requests and following up on them with PMs and vendors
13. Recruit, Train, and mentor other team members/In-house Translators on procedures and workflow/production systems.
14. Develops training and coaching opportunities by creating methodologies, tools, and checklists to improve the vendor management process
15. Ensure that our database is accurate and up to date.
