Job Description:
1. Maximizing profitability and maintaining the discount policy.
2. Participate in setting the individual sales target for his sales team.
3. Maintaining the store’s sales operating plan for sales team including target and result.
4. Maintain the store SOP, complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
5. Maintain the store condition, planogram and visual merchandising standards.
6. Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
7. Handle all daily operational issues and challenges.
8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and needed.
9. Maintains his sales team’s job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning monitoring, and appraising
job results.
10. Motivating his sales team to meet his agreed sales target.
11. Ensure the continually stock availability in the assigned store.
12. Maintaining statistical, sales and financial records.
13. Maintain the CRM database.
14. Execute the agreed marketing activities as per the marketing plan.
15. Report on buying trends, customer needs, profit etc. to his line manager.
16. Follow up and update management for the brand positioning whenever there are any updates.
17. Working with other departments in the organization (Product, Finance etc.).
18. Find and report all training need of his reporting team to his direct manager.
19. Support HR department for the team evaluation and identifying the training needs for his reporting team.
20. Maintain business relationship with our business partners like malls and services providers.
Qualifications:
– University Graduated.
– 4 years of experiences.
– Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
– Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
– Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
– Customer service focus, Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
– Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and overnight shifts Education level.

Salary & Benefits:
– Monthly basic Salary 4,000 EGP + Monthly Incentive: 6,000 EGP / Every 6 Months (Incentive calculating as per target achievement)
– Medical Insurance (After 6 months of joining date)
– Social Insurance.
The working hours, and days:
– 8 hours daily / Including one-hour break (rotational shift)
– One off day weekly (rotational and out of weekend days)
