ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Accounting Manager urgently needed
Job Description:
-Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
-Prepare Month-end closing bookings, ensure compliance with deadlines and accuracy of financial data.
-Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports ( Balance sheet, Income Statement, and Cash flow)
-Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
-Supervises taxes and handles the tax inspections.
-Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
-Ensure proper implementation and application of systems, policies, and procedures
-Ensure control and risk mitigation
-Work with the external auditor to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
-Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
-Excellent in English
-at least 8-10 years of experience, preferably in the technology sector.
-Excellent knowledge experience in Egyptian accounting standards & IFRS.
-Excellent knowledge experience in Egypt Tax rules & regulations.

Collars is hiring “IT Support” for one of the multinational digital transformation companies.
Responsibilities:
• Provide IT support and resolve problems in accordance with established SLA
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the Service Desk or direct request from users
• Monitor IT request assigned to the queue and process based on priority
• Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation, as needed
• Assist with onboarding of new users. Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
• Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
• Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
• Preparation and submission of activity reports
• Coordinate with regional/Global teams to manage the network in company office, master the basic network knowledge and hand on experience – routers, switches, connections, protocol, telephony

EXPORT EXECUTIVE

Tasks/Responsibilities:
Operational duties include coordination with shippers, truckers, shipping lines and agents for the export of shipments.
Maintain high work volume with low errors.
Arranging for pick-up or inland transportation.
Booking and document preparation (bill of lading, invoicing, export declaration, ISF filing, pre-alerts, etc.)
Follow-up with tracking and tracing to final destination and data quality requirement.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
Include maintaining communication with shipper, consignee, carrier and overseas agents throughout the process and choosing proper routing appropriate to the customer’s needs.
Maintain SOP (standard operating procedures) and customer profiles including key contacts, special requirements, contract rates and preferred routings/services/carriers.
Participate in quotes for overseas agents as requested.
Immediately report problems, operation disputes or discrepancies to supervisor.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in Freight Forwarding is a MUST
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and PC skills.
Willingness and flexibility to learn and work with developments in I.T. operations systems and applications.
Performing other duties as assigned .
