· Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, and LAN / WAN infrastructure.
· Assisting with network administration tasks
· Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems
· Maintain Software and hardware issues
· Working on Vpn,Voip
· Camera and fingerprint
· Manage daily operations of the IT department.
Requirements
· Bachelor degree in Computer science or Computer engineering
· 3-5 years of experience in the same position.
· MCSA
· CCNA
· strong background windows server is a must
· Good communication skills.

Service Assurance Engineers
WE Data is currently hiring “Service Assurance Engineers” with the below qualifications:
-Engineering degree or Computer Science
-0-2 year of experience
-CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Administrator), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), CCIP (Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional) are plus to have. (Ops/Network Engineering)
-PDH (Plesiochronous Digital Hierarchy) is a plus. (Ops/Network Engineering)
-SDH (Synchronous Digital Hierarchy) is a plus. (Ops/Network Engineering)
-Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
-Implement the day-to-day operations assigned to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures and continuity of work
– Liaise with appropriate members of the same family or other families as appropriate, to collect and collate information required to support achievement of tasks allocated
– Participate in development of final design of customized solution along with implementation diagrams and as-built drawings
– Coordinate with logistics and vendors for the provisioning/installation of equipment/solution as needed.
