مندوبين مبيعات خارجية – الإسكندرية والبحيرة
مطلوب لشركة كبرى مندوبين مبيعات خارجية للعمل في المناطق التالية:
– الإسكندرية
– البحيرة
الشروط والمهام:
– خبرة سنة على الأقل كمندوب مبيعات خارجية.
– السن لا يزيد عن 35 سنة.
– اللباقة وحسن المظهر
– ترويج وبيع منتجات الشركة الي العملاء الحاليين والعمل على زيادة عملاء جدد.
– القدرة على الاقناع و التواصل مع العملاء.
– مسئول عن تغطية خطوط السير المحددة والقدرة على التنقل المستمر.
الامتيازات
الراتب 5500 جنية (3500 أساسي + 2000 عمولة) + بدل انتقالات
تأمين طبي + تأمين اجتماعي

RETAIL AREA MANAGER
A Multinational Company is seeking to “Retail Area Manager-Canal & Upper Egy” Retail Department
with the Main Requirements as follows :
– Validates Product Offer by the store with Retail Manager and Marketing Manager.
– Develops local relationships (administration). Propose new locations to his/her manager according the Regional Development plan.
– Makes a monthly operational visit in each store
– Guaranties store attractiveness in his/her Region (Merchandising, Offer, Services, Concept, Team competencies).
– Controls implementation of the pricing policy for his/her region.
– Guarantees that procedures, security and safety rules are followed in each store (Shop Operational Process Book)
– Analyse weekly KPI’s and implement corrective actions accordingly
– Makes regular financial reporting to his/her Manager. Proposes improvements to his/her Manager
Qualifications:
– From 8-10 years of experience in retail management
– Agile.
– Team leader.
Working Conditions :
Work location: Elsheikh Zayed (will be responsible for upper egypt & Canal Area but has to be located around cairo).

Job description :
· Conduct job evaluation and job mapping activities
· Ensure compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive
· Compare benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses.
· Participate in market and salary surveys with external vendors and run benchmark analysis
· Design reports and recommendations based on research and analysis
· Manage the day-to-day operations for Total Rewards according to the company guidelines
· Support & participate in preparation company salary scale.
· Participate in the annual budget preparation and implementation.
· Manage & review monthly payroll according to company procedures while maintaining the strictest confidentiality.
· Monitor payment of salary, tax, and social insurance share.
· Maintain employees’ services and benefits in the best quality with minimum cost.
· Develop company benefits and compensation plans.
· Manage and conduct the promotions, salary adjustment studies, and analysis and come up with final recommended salary pay according to the available budget, to be approved by top management.
· Ensure tax reconciliation is done annually for employees.
· Participate in developing HR strategy, policies, and procedures.
· Participate in preparation and implementation of department targets and KPI’s.
· Liaise with training department for the implementation of succession plan of employees according to approved budget within the assigned KPI’s.
· Prepare the final settlement & Compensation for leavers
Qualification and education:
· A bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
· Solid understanding of compensation concepts, including job analysis, market pricing, and total rewards.
· Good working knowledge of HR practices.
· SAP user is a must
· The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong teamwork skills.
· Good organizational and time management skills.
