CALL CENTER AGENTS
Call center agents are highly required, to work in an FMCG company located in Nasr City that specializes in distributing an Italian Coffee brand.
Salary: 7500 EGP (3500 basic + 4000 commission)
Qualifications:
– Bachelor or license degree.
– 2-3 years experience in the same field.
– Very good command of English.
– Very good communication skills in handling the clients, making -inbound and outbound calls.
– Preferred lives in Nasr City or areas near to.

Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Job Location: Zagazig. Sharkia
Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise sales representatives and assistants.
• Define & Fulfilling customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Organize and coordinate sales Executive’s schedules.
• Research potential leads to increase sales results.
• Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives.
• Receive and report on all sales leads.
• Work with sales team when closing sales lids.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
• Meet all sales quotas and goals.
• Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred
• Two (2) years’ at least in the same position
• Demonstrated and proven sales results
Skills:
• Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• customer service Oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Persuasive and goal-oriented.
• In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market.
• Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
