PRODUCT MANAGER
Cassbana is looking for motivated talents, whose passion is Product Management and the ones ready to dedicate their time to solving complex problems in the financial world. As a Product Manager, you will be a part of a value-stream aligned team developing Cassbana’s Financial System responsible for Digital Payments.
Location: Egypt
Role Accountabilities:
– Understanding and representing user needs.
– Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.
– Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
– Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.
– Product Roadmap & prioritizing product features and capabilities.
– Define product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering or independently.
– Collaborate with legal, finance, security, and compliance to outline business requirements needed for a given initiative.
– Participate in regular cadences (stand up’s, retrospective, backlog grooming, planning meeting) and be engaged with the team throughout the product life cycle
– Discovery & continually work to identify business use cases & what users really need and what would be valuable, useful, and feasible.
– Work closely & collaborate with engineering, UX Design, UX Research, Marketing, Growth & Analytics to ensure successful product releases.
– Engage with third parties vendors/providers & manage integrations.
– Define metrics & KPIs to demonstrate “success” and “progress”
Must have:
– 2-5 years of experience.
– Excellent oral and written communication skills -Excellent at executing PM responsibilities and best practices in an agile organization.
– Agile Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
– Analytical & Problem solving skills.
Preferable:
– Fintech Background, Payments , Digital Wallets.
