– Have a good understanding of ERP Implementation and applications in general.
– Workflow & internal process automation prospective understanding
– Support application users in the system issues to facilitate their role in the system smoothly.
– Strong knowledge on using Business Intelligence products along the concept.
– Participated in Data warehouse projects design, implementation, and operations.
– Awareness on the Robotics Process Automation is an advantage

Requirements

يجيد استخدام الحاسب الالى ونظام ERP
ويمكنه عمل الاتى :-
· مراجعة ادخالات العمليات المحاسبية اليومية حسب المبادئ والسياسات المحاسبية
· عمل قيود الاقفال الشهرية ومراجعة الحسابات
· الاقفال الشهري للحسابات وتقديم تقارير دورية المستمرة للوضع المالي للمؤسسة
· مراجعة ميزان المراجعه لجميع الحسابات بصفة دورية
· مراجعة وتدقيق مستندات الصرف والقبض اليومي والفواتير للتخليص والنقل والساحة
· المتابعة الدقيقة لحسابات البنوك ومطابقتها يوميا مع امين الصندوق
· مطابقة كشوفات العملاء والسدادات ومراجعة الكشوفات التي بها مشاكل
· التوجيهات لعملية المدفوعات اليومية من سدادات للرسوم واجور المواني واذونات التسليم
· مطابقة الصندوق النقدي يوميا مع امين الصندوق
· تقديم التقارير اليومية والشهرية الدورية للمصروفات والايرادات ونتائج الاعمال
· مراجعة واعتماد المدفوعات الدورية والسدادت الحكومية المختلفة
· سداد الالتزامات المالية للموردين والاقساط وجدولتها للسداد بمواعيد الالتزام
· تسوية العهد الخاصة بالمشتريات وقطع الغيار واعتماد ومراجعة اوامر الشراء والمصروفات اليومية
· متابعة فريق الحسابات والعمل علي تحقيق الاهداف والسياسات المالية للمؤسسة
