HORECA & B2B SALES MANAGER

HORECA & B2B Sales Manager specialized in Coffee distribution is highly required:

About the Job:

 • Prepares the yearly Sales plan for the ( Horeca ) with the coordination of their sales teaml
• Prepares the Sales policies & procedures manual and submits to the Group Commercial Director to review and approve.
• Monitors their ongoing implementation.
• Sets the standards and performance measures of the Sales operations in line with the department’s strategic objectives, and monitors their timely implementation, and ensures their achievement
• Identifies new sales leads, and expands coverage for the assigned product(s) and communicates arising cross-sales opportunities to the concerned Sales team.
• Conducts sales calls to Key Customers, and provides them with creative solutions to finance their purchase
• Build strong and credible relationship to ensure customer retention and optimum customer satisfaction from the sales experience at our Company. • Consolidates and analyzes his teams’ monthly sales achievements and prepares monthly sales reports highlighting actual versus forecast , providing recommendations for improved performance (if needed).
• Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned food service accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods
• Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
• Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
• Develops and executes effective HORECA account-specific marketing & Sales programs.

Job Requirements:

 • Minimum 5 years Sales experience handling accounts specific to HORECA customers .
• Very good written and verbal communication skills • Proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results
• Strong Food Service contacts
• Ability to deal at all levels from Unit Head Chefs and Contract Catering Managers through to Buyer level.
• B2B background is a must. • FMCG background is preferable

IT Senior Service Delivery Engineer

Main Purpose:

Managing Projects from end-to-end of small to medium sized projects.
Work closely with the business units, team members to develop and maintain business related software for the organization (ERP, Technology based projects).
Manage workloads and prioritize work across the supervised team as well as develop, create, and modify general computer applications and software.

Responsibilities:

1. Create project plan, assign resources and tasks, monitor & control the status of new projects.
2. Design, develop, modify and direct software systems testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation, as well as client and server applications’ development processes and internet technology.
3. Design and develop visual and functional specifications for internal applications.
4. Conduct functional, performance and integration testing.
5. Conduct and ensure successful handover of projects to the support team.
6. Provide training for the in-house developed applications.
7. Ensure delivering projects on time and according to agreed schedule and quality.
8. Participate in technology decisions that affect Software Development, Conduct and ensure transfer of knowledge to other team members.
9. Identify, analyse, troubleshoot and resolve problems with program functions or outputs.

Job Requirements :

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science related education.

Experience: 5 – 7 years’ experience in the IT field.
Good knowledge of SAP Business Intelligence, Business Warehouse or Business Analytics is preferable.
Knowledge of SQL and programming concept is a plus
Excellent knowledge (and experience) of SQL Server
Excellent knowledge (and experience) of ERP (SAP – ABAP)
Excellent knowledge (and experience) of MS SharePoint Development
Excellent knowledge (and experience) of ASP.Net (C# is a plus)
Knowledge of project management methodologies.

Languages: Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing)
