About the role

• Provide second level support on 24/7 basis for network connectivity, quality  and alarm triggered problems  for all Mobile Core DN equipment present in all sites remotely and on site.
• Administer, test and maintain Core Data network elements and links in all Orange switches including but not limited to  (routers CRS/ASR, switches ME Switches/SAT/NCS, Load Balancers F5, and network security devices ASA. SRX Forti, in addition to any other component added to the network) that protect Orange Core services such as Voice , signaling , SMS , VAS , Data , HLR/SDM , IN , BSS ,Infosec, Skill center, NMS, IT, SMS large accounts & third party VPNs, Customer service applications connecting to Core/VAS/Paco networks, Packet core (LTE/4G/PCRF/SGSGN/GGSN/.. ), etc., while communicating and working with corresponding service providers  (LDN & TE, etc).

About you

Technical certification is a must (at least CCNA or JNCIA sec  but preferably CCNP/CCIP/JNCIP Sec..)

Minimum 4 years of   Hands-on experience in Mobile operator , internet service provider, or system integrator (operations or Engineering departments).

Technologies:

–          Aware of the OSI TCP/IP Model

–          Aware of the building blocks of IP QoS, congestion management, traffic policing & shaping and QoS best practices.

Knowledge of network elements administration and management concepts including  SNMP, KPIs, and translating MIB files

Good Knowledge of BFD, VPLS, HSRP concepts and troubleshooting.

Good Knowledge of the GSM & Packet Core network technologies & concepts and building blocks

Ability to analyze packet capturing files for detailed investigations

Ability to write scripts for workarounds due to application and devices limitations.

Routing:

–          Solid knowledge of data network concepts and devices; IP networks, MPLS, Traffic Engineering, implementing EIGRP/OSPF/BGP/MBGP/ISIS, Implementing the basics of IPv6, manipulating routing updates.
