المهام والمسئوليات الوظيفية:
يستلم الفواتير الخاصة بالوارد المحلي وذلك لتجهيز الأوراق الخاصة بها وتحرير الإقرار الخاصة بهيئة الاستثمار وذلك للحصول على الشهادة الجمركية
ينسق مع مندوب الجمرك والاستثمار لمعاينة البضائع وذلك لإعطاء الاذن باستخراجها من المصنع
يقدم أصل الشهادة الجمركية لهيئة الجمارك وذلك للحصول على التوقيعات اللازمة لاستخراج نموذج 13
يجهز الأوراق المطلوبة الخاصة بالشهادة الجمركية للصادر المحلي وذلك للبدء في إجراءات تسجيلها
ينسق مع مندوب الجمارك والاستثمار لمعاينة الشهادة الجمركية وذلك لأثبات تواجد البضائع بالمصنع ومطابقتها للبيانات وذلك لتسليمها لمندوب الجمرك
يراجع الشهادة الجمركية مع مأمور التعريفة الجمركية للحصول على استخراج البضائع الخاصة بالشهادة لبدء استخراج شيكات التعريفة الجمركية المستحقة والحصول على اذن الافراج الجمركي وذلك لإرسالها للبنك
يقدم الاقرارات للهيئة العامة للاستثمار والشهادات الجمركية للهيئات والجمارك الخاصة بالبضائع المصدرة لاستلام البوليصة واذن الافراج الجمركي والسيول
استخراج بوليصة التأمين الخاصة بالشحنات وذلك لتعويض الشركة في حالة التلف
استخراج التصادق والنموذج الاحصائي وذلك لاستخراج شهادة المنشأ
إصدار شهادة التأمين من شركة اليانز على اقرارات الصادر والوارد الخارجي من شركة التأمين وذلك لتقديمه للهيئة العامة للاستثمار
الشروط:
– مؤهل عالي مناسب
– خبرة من 1-3 سنوات

Job Requirements:
1) Receiving all types of payment from customers after checking discounts and availability also approved exceptions
2) Record daily transactions and maintain filing process
3) Record EOI, Hold and Reserved Units and match them with related departments weekly
4) Prepare Daily Hold and Reserved Units Report
5) Refund payment for Cancelled units
6) Participate in events and exhibitions to receive payment from customers
7) Receiving and recording Notes Receivable transactions such as receiving down payments and installment checks also deposit it to the bank including PDC checks

#Position: Chief Accountant
– Real Estate Development and Constructions background is Preferred
– Must possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in general or tax accounting
– 6+ years Experience
– A bachelor’s degree in accounting is required / Masters preferred
Job Requirements:
1) Must have oversight of monthly close, reviewing journal entries, reconciliation, and variance explanation.
2) Ensuring all accounting transactions are performed correctly on time.
3) Confirm transactions are made accurately and entered into the accounting system.
4) Ensure suppliers invoice and reconciled and payments made.
5) Reconcile financial transactions every month.
6) Validate and reconcile inventory and fixed asset accounts
7) Prepare the monthly cash requirement.
8) Liaise with the department head to collect data for preparing budget and forecast.
9) Ensure collect data is loaded in analytical software.
10) Compare actual with a budget and determine the reason for the variances monthly.
11) Prepare year-end financial statement.
12) Ensure weekly bank reports generated by the IT department are properly reconciled with the bank statement.
13) Prepare a report for the finance management team.
14) Check cost center expenses and compare them against budget
