Job description
· Building relationships with contractors, engineering consulting offices and real estate developers.
· Providing the company’s products with the engineering consulting offices to contract with large and medium engineering projects
· Keeping up to date with the latest building regulations
· Solving complex problems
· Liaising with, clients, architects and contractors
· Analyzing and interpreting data and information
· Recommending modifications for sales systems
· Creating reports and documentation
· Going out on site

-Spot check to increase level of accuracy through daily visits and schedule – checking day to day operational tasks. Stock, store condition, staff, training, filing, schedule, sales, etc…
– Following up security and store image via security evaluation form (weekly and monthly)
– Conducting on job coaching for the field force reps. and sales promoters in the field
– Following day-to-day sales as per submitted targets
– Following up staff schedule
– Set up monthly meetings with store managers and/or staff
– Implementing company policies to be reflected on field
– Delivering all required reports: daily, weekly and monthly
Requirements:
– 1-3 Years experience
– Excellent communication skills
– Excellent Leadership skills
– Very good dealing with MS office applications
– Attention to detail and ability to multitask
