الوظائف المطلوبة :
1- مدير التخطيط والتحليل المالي:
– درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة.
– 7 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في مجال تمويل الشركات أو التخطيط والتحليل المالي أو الخدمات المصرفية الاستثمارية أو المجالات الأخرى ذات الصلة.
– مهارات تحليلية وصنع القرار وحل المشكلات ممتازة
– الاهتمام بالدقة والتفاصيل المطلوبة
– يبرع في Microsoft Excel
2- مدير تأجير أول:
– درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
– إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
– خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في المبيعات / التأجير في قطاعات العقارات / أو مراكز التسوق.
– مهارات اتصال وعرض وتفاوض ممتازة.
– مستوى عال من مهارات الاتصال القيادي.
3- مساعد مدير تطوير الأعمال:
– درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
– أكثر من 5 سنوات في شركات التطوير العقاري.
– أظهر الإنجاز في صفقات B2B.
– مهارات اتصال شفهية وكتابية ممتازة ، بما في ذلك تسهيل العروض الجماعية.
– الكفاءة في تطبيقات Microsoft Office ، بما في ذلك Outlook و Word و Excel و PowerPoint.
4- مستشار مبيعات:
– درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
– التعرض للفنادق ومبيعات الشركات والمنتجات الفاخرة أمر لا بد منه.
– مهارات اتصال ممتازة الكتابية والشفوية.
– القدرة على تعدد المهام وتنظيم العمل وتحديد أولوياته.
5- مدير الصيانة – الشبكات الكهربائية:
– درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
– خبرة مثبتة في المجمعات السكنية العقارية.
– الاستخدام الكفء لبرنامج Microsoft Office و Auto-CAD.
– الكفاءة في حل المشكلات.
