وظيفة MARKETING MANAGER – Job Purpose
Handle Brand re-working project along with its budget, plan and activities, develop strategic marketing plans for a company and then oversee the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the marketing plan. This might include evaluating the results of various marketing campaigns, spearheading market research efforts, or coordinating initiatives across a variety of channels.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for Zeina rebranding activities
• Apply and develop specific marketing tactics that build on consumer and customer insight to deliver overall brand objectives.
• Managing all marketing activities in the company
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
• Deploy successful online marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
• Overseeing and track spending the company’s marketing budget
• Work on increasing the potential customer’s database and attract more new customers
• Manage all marketing communications including press relations, special events, BTL collaterals and community outreach activities.
• Supervise website maintenance.
• Develop executive annual brand strategies and marketing plan.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution and accomplishment of
brand objectives.
• Provide business analysis/insight into the development of brand strategies in support of the brand franchise.
• Product planning, pricing, and positioning, in addition to interfacing with all organizations within the business to deliver efficient growth and profitability.
• Work with company development to deliver a winning product strategy and plan with business development around strategic partnership and technology alliances.
Job Requirements:
• BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
• Advanced Marketing Diploma is a plus
• 12-15 Years of experience in a relative field
• 4-5years of experience in a managerial position, FMCG Industry
• Experience in marketing analysis.
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that
engage, educate, and motivate
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
Hiring:
Supply Chain manager for a well know Cosmetics company.
Job requirements:
-Solid knowledge of Supply Chain and Materials Management Systems(purchasing-planning-
warehouse-Distribution and fleet).
-Ability to prioritize departmental activities set effective (SMART) goals and objectives in line with overall corporate strategy
-Ability to forge positive relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of management and with all departments
-Show initiative by undertaking self-development activities, seeking increased responsibilities, and taking advantage of learning opportunities
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business or a Supply Chain related field
-Minimum five years of Supply Chain management experience in FMCG industry
-Strong ERP system experience
-Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.
