• Manage customers, appointments, any issues or complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with the organization’s processes, products, and service launches through efficient communication with the stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements to identify and resolve any queries in a service.

• Good listening skills with fluent communication to address all concerns and doubts of the customers.
• Fluent in operating the latest computer software and online tools.
• Must have excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Must be able to join immediately
