PERSONNEL & PAYROLL SPECIALIST
One of the leading pharmaceutical company is Hiring a “Personnel & Payroll Specialist”
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.
• Prepare monthly payroll & issue pay slips
• Responsible for tracking and applying the allowances and penalties
• Conduct payroll audits and balances to ensure accuracy.
• Receive, review and audit the overtime sheets.
• Track and follow up employee’s attendance, leaves, overtime and absences to issue salary reports.
• Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, or promotions.
• Assist into keeping employees hiring documents completed.
• Manage & update employee’s files.
• Track employees’ absences (regular / irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
• Handle all the medical insurance issues (monthly chronic cases, approvals, complaints, refunds, Emergency Funds, cancellation) and following up with the medical insurance provider
• Prepare HR letters and experience certificates upon request

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or any other relevant field.
• Proven work experience from 1 to 3 years in personnel & payroll
• Experience in the pharmaceutical field is preferred
• HR diploma or certificate is a must
• Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
• Knowledge of Personnel and Human Resources principles
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Excellent organization skills
• Reporting Skills
• Excellent excel use
