Candidate must have expertise, work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.candidate should speak Arabic.
We are looking for Amazon/Noon and other Marketplace expert for Saudi branch.
Requirements:
- Motivate and inspire the team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages the bonding of team members, and demonstrates flexibility.
- Provides leadership, support, and guidance Training team members, setting strategy, and monitoring progress towards goals.
- Manage and motivate the team to meet sales targets and margin and ensure efficiency A computer science or programming degree (or a degree in a similar field)
- Working knowledge of different e-commerce portals and managing listing, add new categories/products on Noon, Amazon and other marketplaces.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Sharp problem-solving abilities
- Critical thinking abilities and the ability to analyze problems and create solutions Creative skills to come up with workarounds
- Preferably 2 years of experience about e-commerce platforms.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in similar field
