Required Skills:
- Design, deploy, integrate and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems.
- Advanced knowledge of supporting VMWare’s Workspace ONE in enterprise environments.
- Direct experience supporting, patching, and troubleshooting various end-point devices such as laptops, workstations, mobile phones.
- Experience with Infrastructure configuration and management of macOS and Windows, macOS and Windows MDM troubleshooting and enrollment process, Active Directory Group Policy, Workspace One Baselines
- VCP-DW or VCP certified
