SNC-Lavalin has been established in the Gulf for over 40 years, having first carried out design and supervision commissions in the Gulf area in 1967. We provide a full range of design, engineering and project management services for buildings, transportation and other infrastructure programmes.
Faithful + Gould in the Middle East now employs around 2,000 staff serving Gulf clients across all market sectors from offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Doha, Dubai, Jeddah, Kuwait City, Manama, Muscat, Riyadh, Sharjah.
We now seek to recruit an Executive Assistant that will provide all clerical, typing and secretarial assistance to the Program Director in executing their functions in an efficient and timely manner.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time-management skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Organization skills
- Ability to multitask
- Interpersonal skills
- 5 -10 years experience including 3 years supervision experience on mega projects
- Saudi national
- Based in Medina, Saudi Arabia
