As a sales leader, you will be a part of Customer facing staff responsible for winning business. Contribute to sales plan in a specific region and Define sales strategy for targeted clients.
You will be responsible for:
- Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects Within a geographic area
- Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
- Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity.
- Working on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.
- Handling diverse clients in a region.
- Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales.
- Leading a department with medium-sized estimated orders.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor’s degree (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales).
- Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Sales.
- Have an excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
