. Constant communication with customers and promote the company’s products to customers within the exhibition
Duties, Responsibilities
· Promote the company’s products to coming customers, within the exhibition
· Find out all the information related to the products and provide a full explanation about customers
· Get the purchase of customer requests
· Ensure customer satisfaction with products and services offered
· Constant communication with the client and good to deal with it and make the product in the best way
· Fill out forms related to lost sales and their causes
. Provide regular reports on competition in the market in terms of prices or new products or for publicity or declaration or the reasons customers stopped dealing with the company’s products
المهارات
*Experience
1, Direct experience in counter sales in spare parts CAT.
a Caterpillar replacement parts sales experience of at least 2-3 years
b, Skill for operating parts administration
c, Finding out parts numbers by catalog
d, Caterpillar experienced, awareness of SIS(CAT System)
2, Indirect experience, if any mechanical background.
a Mechanical experience in 3 year
b, Pre-degree or plus 2 is the minimum qualification.
Bachelor or Diploma minimum
Business Administration or Marketing
1. The ability to communicate with customers
2. Ability to face confusing situations wisely.
3. Able to prepare reports.
4. Good command of spoken and written English.
5. Good knowledge of modern selling methods.
1 yrs experience is preferable
Personal characteristics
1. Punctuality.
2. Logic thinking and focus.
3. Normal intelligence rate
4. Naturally calm, not irritable.
5. Good physical health with no chronic diseases.
6. Fluent speaking, and cheerful.
7. Good listener, able to understand the situations with awareness and concentration.
8. Elegant and good appearance.
Preferably not less than 25 years old, not more than 30.
