- Experience or knowledge of any public cloud, like Alibaba Cloud/AWS/Azure/GCP;
- Experience of ticket processing for software application systems, ticket is submitted by end user through website, like questions or complaints.
- Computer or related major, at least 2-3 years of system operation and maintenance experience, familiar with application system anomaly investigation and diagnosis.
- Master at least 1 scripting language, be familiar with Unix or Linux operations, analyze problems from the user’s perspective, and refine requirements
- Must have strong service consciousness, sense of responsibility, communication ability and learning ability
- Understand at least one cloud computing technology stack such as virtualization/network/storage/container/microservice/database
- Familiar with the basic working principles of open source software such as docker/k8s. The relevant operation and maintenance work experience is preferred.
- Able to calmly face the support work of high voltage and high frequency.
- Excellent English ability, can be used as working language. Arabic/Chinese ability is a plus.
