Role & Responsibility:
§ Assist in handling the process of new joining customers, preparing documents and coordinating with other departments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to all customer inquiries and offer the necessary services to achieve departmental and companywide objectives.
- Obtain customer feedback and channel the information to the relevant departments.
- Identify, document and inform higher level management on trends relating to subscriber/customer requests.
- Ensure friendly and professional welcoming to subscriber/customer calls and visits.
- To maintain a level of product, services and technical knowledge sufficient to accurately advise subscribers/walk-in individuals on the entire range of services.
- Assist in the preparation of invoices to customers and subscribers.
- Ensure quality and effectiveness of subscriber/customer self-inquired reports.
- Follow-up on subscribers/customers’ requests.
- Generate customer inquiry reports
- Keep up to date with external regulations relating to day to day operations of the department
المهارات
- Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, or Business Administration
- Experience
3-5 years of experience in Banking – Retail, Corporate or Private departments

Credit Information Network (Ci-Net) was established in 2001 under the provisions of the Companies Law and amendments thereto, and Law No. 2 of 2001 for establishing a system for collecting information and data on consumer loans and credit facilities related to retail sales issued on 14 January 2001, and cancelled under the provisions of Law No. 9 of 2019 regarding the regulation of credit information, exchange issued on 10 February 2019.
Credit Information Network (Ci-Net) is a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company specialized in the business of requesting, collecting, preserving, analyzing and using credit information for preparing credit records, and issuing credit reports and credit classification for individual and corporate clients. The company is also preparing and developing risk tools and standards and its related information and data in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 9 of 2019 regarding the regulation of credit information exchange and its executive regulations. Ci-Net places all its capabilities to provide the financial, banking and commercial sectors with a wide range of services in the field of credit reporting, credit rating and other value-added services.
