PARTNERS RELATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Analyze and evaluate new Content Provider (CP) profiles/catalogs
- Manage contracts of CP along with expiry dates and renewals
- Manage CP content recommendations/uploads/marketing plans
- Collect new content (metadata, copyrights and physical files) from CP’s for various operators and ask for hot/trending content availability.
- Facilitate solutions for the challenges faced by the CP and discuss improvements required
- Contribute to new ideas and innovative content / solutions suggested by different partners
CONTENT & COPYRIGHTS VALIDATION
- Copyright validation as per metadata (title name, artist name, letter head, expiry date, stamp, signature) for new content
- Audio quality and sensitive/explicit words screening of contents uploaded to the system
- Validation of cover arts and images as per the GCC standard
- Metadata/audio should be matching and validated prior to making the content commercial
- Manage existing content copyrights expiry for content removal/hide
- Manage the migration of content between different CP’s with new rights holders
CONTENT SELECTION AND MERCHANDISING
- Overview of the content libraries for all operators we are working with
- Weekly content selection on various channels (IVR, WEB, APP, USSD) based on trends, views, latest releases and downloads
- Recommend special content as per festival/events/seasons for Operators.
MARKETING AND ANALYSIS SUPPORT
- General knowledge about the content market industry (Music/Islamic/poetry/etc…) and Artists/performers
- Check the top charts to formulate content promotion proposals and validate the content availability
- Facilitating Meet and Greets, Concert Tickets, Pre-bookings etc. (Marketing Support) by being aligned with the CPs/Artists/Labels and timely communicating the same to the service managers.
- Support in campaigns copywriting (Text & audio script)
- Content analysis based on categories, channels and customer lifecycle (purchasing/renewals/churn)

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of work experience and education
- Language proficiency in Arabic and English
- Excellent computer skills (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
- Excellent professional communication skills
- Organized and structure-oriented person
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in content management is a plus
- Able to handle strict timelines and Ad-hoc requirements
Salary Range SAR12-15k per month all-inclusive depends on experience
