Leader Group is seeking a Director of Sales to lead sales strategy, growth, and government-sector expansion in the Saudi market.

🎯 Key Responsibilities | المهام الرئيسية
1. Sales Strategy & Growth – استراتيجية المبيعات

Develop & execute sales strategy targeting Saudi government entities.

Achieve revenue targets & ensure profitability.
-
Identify market opportunities, tenders, and public sector projects.
-
Drive sustainable long-term growth in KSA.
2. Government Sector Engagement – التعامل مع الجهات الحكومية
-
Build روابط قوية مع صناع القرار في الوزارات والجهات الحكومية.
-
Lead participation in government tenders (RFPs/RFQs).
-
Navigate procurement systems مثل:
NUPCO – Etimad Platform – Gov Regulations.
3. Team Leadership – قيادة الفريق
-
Manage & mentor the sales team for high performance.
-
Set KPIs, review performance, and ensure capability development.
-
Provide coaching in government sales cycles & tender management.
4. Key Account Management – إدارة الحسابات الرئيسية
-
Oversee major government accounts & ensure client satisfaction.
-
Conduct periodic business reviews with ministries/public sector clients.
-
Handle escalations & ensure smooth service/project delivery.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting – تحليل السوق والتقارير

Monitor المنافسين واتجاهات السوق الحكومية.

Provide accurate forecasting & pipeline reports.

Collaborate with marketing, finance & operations to support growth.
🎯 Job Requirements | متطلبات الوظيفة

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (MBA is a plus).

10–15 years of sales experience, including 5+ years in KSA government sector.

Strong relationships with Saudi ministries & government entities.
-
Proven track record in government tenders & revenue achievement.

Deep knowledge of Etimad – NUPCO – Public Procurement.

Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills.
-
Arabic & English proficiency (mandatory).
