Dusky Solution is on the lookout for “Network & System Support” in their IT Department for its Karachi office.
The candidate will be responsibilities for the following tasks:
Location : Bahadurabad- Tariq Road ‘ Karachi
Monday to Friday ‘ 10am to 7pm
Experience : 1 year
Package : 25k to 35k
Responsibilities:
Assist with the design, implementation, and ongoing support of new software and features.
Monitoring network equipment and servers.
Oversee troubleshooting for system errors, Provide help desk support for network issues.
Provide technical support either by phone, remote access or site visits as needed.
Evaluate and resolve connectivity IT issues, equipment, software, Networking & hardware.
Set up new computer with necessary peripheral devices (Bio metric, routers, printers etc.)
Installing testing and monitor servers, firewalls, and new Solution.
Perform task data backups servers, websites & maintenance on required.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Assist with Servers, LAN/WAN technologies, computer
Overall network management
Requirements:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 1 to 2 years of experience working in IT operations.
Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
Job Type: Full-time
