Job Overview:
We are a Cloud Managed Service Provider seeking an experienced Datadog Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Datadog and its ecosystem or alternative tools, including APM and log monitoring, as well as strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and related technologies. The candidate will be responsible for providing Implementation, monitoring, management and optimization services for our corporate clients’ cloud-based infrastructure and APM using Datadog. Fluency in English is required for this role, while fluency in Arabic is a plus.
Your expertise with Datadog’s major products, including:
- APM
- Log Management
- Infrastructure Monitoring
- Security Monitoring
- Network Monitoring
- Real User Monitoring
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Datadog for corporate clients to monitor their cloud infrastructure and applications
- Develop custom dashboards, alerts, and reports to meet clients’ business needs
- Ensure timely resolution of alerts and incidents for clients
- Collaborate with clients to optimize infrastructure performance and resolve technical issues
- Participate in the design and implementation of clients’ cloud-based infrastructure
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of clients’ Datadog setup and suggest improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Datadog and DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- In-depth experience with APM and log management
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Shell
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English
- Ability to work with corporate clients and understand their business requirements
Language:
- Fluency in English is required.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
