Job duties
· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
· Expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
· Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
· Meeting planned sales goals
· Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
· Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
· Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
· Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education
· Discover training needs and provide coaching
· Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
· Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
· Encourage creativity and risk-taking
· Suggest and organize team building activities
Job Requirements
– Experience: 5-10 in the real estate sales field
– Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree at least
– Presentable
– Having the ability to create & lead the sales team
– Excellent Communication Skill.
– Ability to work under pressure.
– MS Office familiarity
– Able to achieve sales targets
– Experience in Brokerage
– Positive Mindset & eagerness to learn.
– Proven work experience as a Team Leader
– High Commissions Due Earned Value
– High ability to achieve and exceed the sales target.
– Hard worker.
