Faydety.com is looking for a full-time Sales Manager (Insurance):
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for Recruiting and Training Agents.
· Responsible for following up on Agents’ Performances
· Responsible for following up on Applications with the Operations Team.
· Responsible for increasing the quality of applications.
· Responsible for meeting/achieving the monthly KPIs and targets.
· Responsible for coaching and providing support to agents.
· Responsible for creating a monthly report to the head of sales for the achievements, performance analysis, problems in the system and suggested modifications.
· Responsible for investigating complaints if any.
· Observes, reviews, and analyses processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made

Requirements:
· At least 3 years experience of Non-life Insurance experience is a Must ( Not Bank Assurance)
· 3 -8 years of sales experience
· High communication skills
· Good Arabic & English written/spoken.
· Good Computer Skills
